The sea moves at the speed of nature; maritime trade must move at the speed of light. We reject the vulnerability of paper, the delays of couriers, and the uncertainty of wet ink. Ownership should not have to travel as a physical object — it should be able to travel as cryptographic proof, once the law allows it.
II. EXCLUSIVE CONTROL
In the vault we are designing, control is singular: one valid holder at a time, enforced by cryptography and bound by a rulebook. The design gives the master a “kill switch” and the agent a scoped mandate. This is R&D (TRL 3), not yet a live service.
III. THE RULEBOOK IS FINAL
We do not replace the law; we give it digital reach. Until the statute, a rulebook all parties sign — after it, the reference standard the law is built to recognise. Every stamp, seal, and transfer leaves verifiable evidence. Non-repudiation is our absolute foundation.
